Hi,

I am no expert on ESB nor Petals, but maybe I could help.
If I had to implement your problem, I think I would try to use an EIP
Wiretap pattern:
http://doc.petalslink.com/display/petalscomponents/Petals-SE-EIP+2.5#Petals-SE-EIP2.5-WireTapPattern

I think that if you place this pattern between the services you want to
monitor, you could then be able to monitor and forward the exchange into
your database.
